Yukiteru Takeshita

In May 2023, Mr. Takeshita was named Chief Executive Officer / Chief Operating Officer of Standard Steel, LLC. Mr. Takeshita started his career with the parent company, Nippon Steel, in April 1990. Since then, he has worked in various positions in and around the railway and automotive parts manufacturing industries. During his career, he held key leadership roles in R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing. From 2017 to 2019, while heading the Wheel Axle Manufacturing Division in Nippon Steel, he served on Standard Steel’s BOD. Mr. Takeshita has a Bachelor and Master degree in Material Science and Engineering from Osaka University, Japan.

Naohiro "Nick" Yoshimura

In November 2023, Mr. Yoshimura was named Executive Vice President of Standard Steel, LLC. Mr. Yoshimura started his career with the parent company, Sumitomo Corporation, in April 1985. Since then, he has held various leadership positions in multiple countries including Japan, Brazil, and the United States. Most recently, he was worked for Sumitomo Corporation in Tokyo as a General Manager of Railway Products, in the Forging and Casting Business Dept. Mr. Yoshimura attended Waseda University in Japan, where he received his Bachelor degree of Economics.

Martin R. Ehrenzeller

Mr. Ehrenzeller joined Standard Steel in May 2013 and was promoted to his current position as Senior Vice President – Operations & Planning in January 2023. Prior to this appointment, he was serving the company as Vice President - Process Engineering, Operations Improvement & Planning. During his tenure at Standard Steel, he has served in various roles in Engineering, Quality and Business Analytics. Before joining the Standard Steel team, Mr. Ehrenzeller was employed in the Engineering field for various manufacturing companies including JLG Industries, Case New Holland, and Ames True Temper. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Takashi "Ted" Fujimura

In June 2021, Mr. Fujimura was named Senior Vice President, Technical & Quality, of Standard Steel, LLC. Mr. Fujimura started his career with the parent company, Nippon Steel, in April 1991. Since then, he has held various positions within the company both in Japan and in the United States. His experience within the company includes many positions in Railway, Automotive and Machinery Parts business unit. Most recently, Mr. Fujimura was the General Manager of Railway, Automotive and Machinery Parts Technology Division at Tokyo Headquarters, Japan. Mr. Fujimura had also been at Standard Steel from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Fujimura earned a Doctoral degree in Energy Science and Technology from Kyoto University, Japan.

Joseph T. Hughes

Mr. Hughes joined Standard Steel in June 2014 as a Mechanical Engineer for the Closed Die Forge Shop. He was promoted to General Manager – Plant Engineering and Maintenance in March 2017, promoted to Vice President in February 2020, and promoted to Sernior Vice President in March 2022. Prior to joining the Standard Steel team, Mr. Hughes held various engineering and maintenance management positions at ATI – Allegheny Ludlum in the melting and casting department in Brackenridge, PA. Prior to ATI, Mr. Hughes held various engineering and maintenance management positions at Dietrich Metal Framing in Warren, Oh and Joliet, IL. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Judy Pellicano

Ms. Pellicano joined Standard Steel in August of 2022 as Senior Vice President, General Administration. She brings a diverse background and gained experience through a series of increasingly responsible positions spanning the transportation, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and construction industries, and has held VP roles since 2012. She was most recently employed as an Executive Consultant in the supply chain arena. Ms. Pellicano is a Penn State graduate and holds degrees in both Physics and Industrial Engineering. Her formal education coupled with her experience lends to her strong operations, problem solving, and continuous improvement skillset.

Khalid Anwar

Mr. Anwar accepted the position of VP, Finance in July of 2023. He brings more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership roles in a variety of industries (paper, chemicals, consumer electronics, medical devices, etc.) ranging in size from start-ups to $20 billion in revenue. His recent experience includes the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions, a publicly listed staffing and recruiting company. Additional strategic roles include, Executive, Financial Planning and Analysis, from 2015 to 2019, for Element Solutions Inc., a $2 billion publicly listed specialty chemicals company, and from 2011 to 2015 he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Pemco Holdings, an investor/operator of turnkey energy programs. His formal education includes a BA in Accounting and MIS from University of Wisconsin, and an MBA, Finance from Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago. Mr. Anwar is also a CPA.
