Yoshiro Hori

In April 2019, Mr. Hori was named Chief Executive Officer of Standard Steel, LLC. Mr. Hori started his career with the parent company, Nippon Steel, in April 1988. Since then, he has held various positions within the company both in Japan and in the United States. His experience within the company includes many business units supporting multiple product lines. Most recently, Mr. Hori was the General Manager and Head of Production and Business Planning Division at Osaka Steel Works, Japan, which also manufactures railway wheels and axles. Mr. Hori earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Tokyo, Japan.

Thomas J. Impellitteri

Mr. Impellitteri started his career with Standard Steel in January of 2014 following a 21 year career as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Impellitteri was named Chielf Operating Officer in July 2021, after serving as Senior Vice President – Operations since February 2021. He previously served as Senior VP - Operations Planning & General Manager, Melting & Axle Manufacturing, and held multiple positions in increasing responsibility for the Company’s Operations Planning. Mr. Impellitteri earned a B.A. in Communications from The Pennsylvania State University and earned his MBA from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business with a dual concentration in Strategic Leadership and Supply Chain Operations.

Keiji "Kevin" Nakazono

In April 2021, Mr. Nakazono was named Executive Vice President of Standard Steel, LLC. Mr. Nakazono started his career with the parent company, Sumitomo Corporation, in April 1991. Since then, he has experienced various positions within the company in Japan, Thailand and the U.S. Most recently he was working for the Chicago Branch office of Sumitomo Corporation of Americas. Mr. Nakazono graduated from the Faculty of Commerce in Hitotsubashi University, Japan.

Craig J. Kaniecki

Mr. Kaniecki was assigned to his current position in February 2021. Mr. Kaniecki previously served as Senior Vice President & General Manager - Wheel Operations and Vice President - Finance. He joined the Company in 2012 as Controller. Prior to joining the Standard Steel team, Mr. Kaniecki served in management functions at StarKist Co. in Pittsburgh as both Manager of Financial Reporting and Procurement Manager. Prior to StarKist, Mr. Kaniecki was an assurance auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Pittsburgh where he served both public and private clients. Mr. Kaniecki received his BSBA in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Kaniecki earned an MBA at The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Justin Gutting

Mr. Gutting joined Standard Steel in March 2016. He was appointed to his current position in January 2018, after previously serving the Company as both Vice President - Finance and Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gutting served in Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis management positions at RTI International Metals, Inc., in Pittsburgh, PA, which was acquired by Alcoa, Inc., in July 2015, and as an accountant for Universal Stainless and Alloy Products, in Bridgeville, PA. Mr. Gutting began his career as an assurance auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Pittsburgh, serving a variety of public and private clients. Mr. Gutting is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Takashi "Ted" Fujimura

In June 2021, Mr. Fujimura was named Senior Vice President, Technical & Operations, of Standard Steel, LLC. Mr. Fujimura started his career with the parent company, Nippon Steel, in April 1991. Since then, he has held various positions within the company both in Japan and in the United States. His experience within the company includes many positions in Railway, Automotive and Machinery Parts business unit. Most recently, Mr. Fujimura was the General Manager of Railway, Automotive and Machinery Parts Technology Division at Tokyo Headquarters, Japan. Mr. Fujimura had also been at Standard Steel from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Fujimura earned a Doctoral degree in Energy Science and Technology from Kyoto University, Japan.

Cameron P. Lonsdale

Mr. Lonsdale rejoined Standard Steel in January 2015 following 7 years as VP-Research & Development for Amsted Rail. From 1998-2008 he was Technical Manager Railway Products and VP - Technical for Standard Steel. He also worked for Conrail in Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and Transportation for more than 10 years. Mr. Lonsdale holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso, an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and an MBA from Saint Francis University (PA). He has authored or co-authored more than 100 technical papers and presentations on railroad industry subjects including wheel and axle manufacturing and performance, and rail welding. Mr. Lonsdale was the 2008-2009 Chairman of the ASME Rail Transportation Division, is a former member of the AAR Heavy Axle Load Engineering Research Committee (HALERC), and is a current member of the AAR Wheels, Axles, Bearings and Lubrication (WABL) Committee.

Joseph T. Hughes

Mr. Hughes joined Standard Steel in June 2014 as a Mechanical Engineer for the Closed Die Forge Shop. He was promoted to General Manager – Plant Engineering and Maintenance in March 2017 and promoted to Vice President in February 2020. Prior to joining the Standard Steel team, Mr. Hughes held various engineering and maintenance management positions at ATI – Allegheny Ludlum in the melting and casting department in Brackenridge, PA. Prior to ATI, Mr. Hughes held various engineering and maintenance management positions at Dietrich Metal Framing in Warren, Oh and Joliet, IL. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Martin R. Ehrenzeller

Mr. Ehrenzeller started his career with Standard Steel in May 2013. He was named to his current role in August 2019, after previously serving as Director – Melt Shop Business Analytics. During his tenure at Standard Steel, he has served in various roles in Engineering and Quality. Prior to joining the Standard Steel team, Mr. Ehrenzeller was employed in the engineering field for companies including JLG Industries, Case New Holland, and Ames True Temper. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
