Michael J. Farrell
Mr. Farrell has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Steel Holdings, LLC and Standard Steel, LLC since July 2002. He served in the same capacity at Freedom Forge since July 2001, joined the Company's board of directors in August 1998 and became Chairman in September 2000. Mr. Farrell is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Farrell & Co., a Pittsburgh based merchant and investment bank. From 1994 through 1996 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MK Rail Corporation, now a part of Wabtec Corporation and GE Transportation Systems. Prior to that Mr. Farrell was President and Chief Executive Officer of Motor Coils Manufacturing Co. He began his career in 1971 with Touche Ross and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Farrell completed his executive education at Harvard University 's Graduate School of Business Administration and is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the board of directors of Federated Investors, Inc., C-COR.net, Neenah Foundry Company and The Pennsylvania State University's Smeal College of Business Administration.

Alan M. Majewski
Mr. Majewski has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2002. He was employed at Freedom Forge since 1999, most recently as Controller. Beginning in 1994, he was employed by Price Waterhouse for five years where his clients included Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Consolidated Natural Gas Company. Mr. Majewski earned an MBA emphasizing in corporate finance at The Pennsylvania State University's Smeal College of Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of Grove City College .

Thomas J. Reinecke
Mr. Reinecke has served as Executive Vice President since December 2004. He joined the Company's board of directors in July 2002 and served as a consultant to the Company since that time. Mr. Reinecke is also Executive Vice President of Farrell & Co., serving in that capacity since 1985. From 1994 through 1996 he was the Executive Vice President of the MK Rail Corporation Components Group, now a part of Wabtec Corporation and GE Transportation Systems. Prior to that Mr. Reinecke was Executive Vice President of Motor Coils Manufacturing Co. He began his career in 1971 with Westvaco Corporation, and previously was an officer in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois .

John M. Hilton
Mr. Hilton has served as Senior Vice President – Sales & Operations since July 2001. Prior to that, he was employed as Vice President – Sales since September 1993. He joined the Company in 1979 as an operations foreman and held various sales and marketing positions prior to 1993. He was employed by Bally Engineered Structures in their marketing and commercial departments from 1984 through 1987. Mr. Hilton is a graduate of Susquehanna University .

Dana L. Patterson
Mr. Patterson has served as Senior Vice President – Finance & Administration since July 2001. Prior to that he was employed in various accounting and finance positions with the Company since 1978. From 1973 through 1978, Mr. Patterson was employed in various accounting positions at Fisher Corporation and Allied Equipment and Leasing Company. Mr. Patterson is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.

John F. Cummings
Mr. Cummings has served as Senior Vice President – Manufacturing since November 2003. Prior to that, he was employed as Plant Manager of the Latrobe, PA plant since 1996. Mr. Cummings began his career with Edgewater Steel in 1981, and served as Vice President of Operations from 1995 to 1996. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
