Health insurance for all employees and their families provided through Highmark BC/BS-PPO. Plan features no deductibles and low co-pays for in-network doctor's visits and formulary medication.
Dental coverage for all employees and their families provided through United Concordia. No deductibles for routine checkups and cleaning.
Defined Contribution Pension Plan. Company makes quarterly contributions based on employees' base annual salary and age. Employees determine how the contributions are invested.
Thrift Plan (401k). Employees may make both tax-deferred and after-tax contributions up to the maximum allowed by law. The plan incorporates 20 investment options provided by Fidelity Investments. Employees may borrow against their account through a loan option. The Company also matches up to 4% based on years of service.
Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage equal to two times base salary during active service. Optional coverage is also available.
